The Story of Mysa

Though particularities pale in time, what remains the longest is - how we felt there. The desire to recreate the feeling is the reason that to some places we return over and over.

As we create memories and recreate emotions, they become a part of who we are. And only sometimes, certain places grab our attention in surprising ways, motivating us to make bonds tighter, more official.

We first came to Kranjska Gora in late summer 2013 with a toddler and a baby, seeking a refreshing and peaceful respite after a busy and overly hot summer vacation by the seaside. What began as a spontaneous vacation choice has evolved into a cherished family tradition, with us spending part of every winter and summer break in Kranjska Gora since that initial visit in 2013.

The notion of transitioning from regular visitors to property owners had been quietly growing within us for years and it took exactly 10 years for an idea of Mysa to materialize.

It felt like formalizing our casual romance with Kranjska Gora after a decade of crazy love.

Mysa is not another touristic facility; it is our home away from home, carefully designed to fit to accommodate all our evolving needs over the years, depending on our family dynamics, season of the year, the concept of particular vacation and also our work that we carry with us from time to time. This is the exact feeling we want to give to our guests.
